Peanut Butter Cups like Reese´s
Auf Wunsch einer einzelnen Dame!(Ja JULIA, du darfst dich angesprochen fühlen.)

| Kurz vor dem Gang in den Tiefkühler. |
 |
| Frisch aus dem Kühler. |
 |
| FERTIG! |
Das braucht man:
80 g Butter
90 g Puderzucker
175 g Erdnussbutter crunchy
8 Kekse Vollkorn
1 EL Pflanzenöl
250 g Kuvertüre (weiß/ Vollmilch/ Zartbitter -> alles ganz nach Geschmack)
Zubereitung:
1. Butter, Puderzucker und Erdnussbutter im Topf bei niedriger Temperatur schmelzen.
2. Die Kekse zerkleinern. Am besten nutzt man dafür eine Tüte. Die Kekse unter die Masse heben.
3. Die Masse ca. 1 cm hoch in die Formen füllen und in den Tiefkühler packen.
4. Kuvertüre mit Öl schmelzen und dann die Formen auskleiden (ca. 1-1,5 TL).
5. Den Erdnussrohling darauf setzen und wieder mit Kuvertüre bedecken.
Tipp: Die fertigen cups nicht im Kühlschrank kühlen!!!
Der Tod eines jedes Erdnussallergikers...gottseidank hab ich mit sowas keine Probleme...ich freue mich auf eine Kostprobe ;)
